Frequently Asked Questions

What can you tell me about your products?

We personally make and bake all of our products with love from scratch for your favorite horse. We use as few ingredients as possible to keep our products as simple as possible.

Do your products contain allergens?*

All of our products are explicitly described and labelled with all ingredients involved. As long as your horse does not have any sensitivities or allergies to these ingredients, they will enjoy our baked goods and sweets equally! 

Can my dog eat your products too?*

Yes! As long as your dog does not have any sensitivities or allergies to any of the ingredients used, share away! And unless your dog does not have a major sweet tooth like ours does, they will most likely enjoy our baked goods best!

Are your products safe for me to eat?*

Yes! They are safe for you to eat, as long as you do not have any sensitivities or allergies to any of the ingredients used. Enjoy our Sugar Dots in tea or coffee! The “Bunny” would make for a quick snack when you’ve forgotten yours!

(*Note: While we only use the ingredients as explicitly described and labelled, our products are made on shared equipment that may come in contact with major food allergens, such as eggs, dairy, nuts.*)

Will your products always look the same as pictured? And from order to order?

Our products will always look as close to possible as the image pictured and, will of course, always be made as described. Because all of our products are made by hand and are either hand-cut, hand-pressed, or hand-molded, each product will vary slightly in shape, size, coloration, and texture, all while preserving the simple ingredients and the look of the SL Signature Collection. 

How long do orders take?

Turnaround time for orders varies, depending on the size of your order and/or if your order is placed during a busy season. Most orders will take anywhere from ten days to two weeks, including shipping time. However, we make all efforts to fulfill and ship your orders as soon as possible!  

Do you take custom orders?

Right now, at Schooner Lane our main focus is on creating our simple, made with love from scratch SL Signature Collection of baked goods and sweets! If you need something extra special, just let us know and we can work with you to make that happen!

Can I send you photographs or video of me and my horse enjoying your products?

We would love to see you enjoying our products! Please tag us on Instagram @schoonerlaneboutique using #schoonerlane. If we repost your photograph or video, we will only do so with your permission.
